Canvas Print from...

...ZaZa Gallery

While following various photographers on Twitter, I became aware of a California based company ran by Hugh and Senta Parker called ZaZa Gallery (Twitter account @ZaZaGallery).  In fact the Tweet that grabbed my attention was a variation of the following:

FREE 16x20 Canvas Print $82 value in exchange for a link and blog review 27 spots left Get details here:

Well I did some research and I found out that ZaZA Gallery was a reputable company and their "too good to be true deal" was legit..and I'm glad I did.

I emailed Hugh, requesting that my blog be reviewed for consideration for his promotion and Hugh responded that same day.  I gladly added a link to ZaZa Gallery (Photo on Canvas (on your right under "A Few of My Favorites...")) and then forwarded Hugh my shipping address and an image file I desired to have printed on canvas.  Two weeks later my free print arrived,.

Now I have had this same image printed before @ the same 16X20 size (what can I say, its one of my favorites of my son when he was younger) on Kodak Professional Supra Endura VC from MPix.com so I knew what the image looked like at this print size.  But I wasn't sure how it would print on canvas, well I was pleasantly surprised.  Actually I was quite giddy.  The image came out extremely crisp with accurate and vivid colors.  My images do not do it justice.  Whether viewing it from one foot away or from across the room, it looks great.

The canvas itself is of a mild texture and is wrapped on 1.5 inch thick stretchers.  Below are two close up images showing the texture.  Click on any image to view them larger.

I highly recommend ZaZa Gallery and I plan on returning to them in the future for my canvas prints.
